This masterpiece, passionately created by the Kurayoshi distillery, is a Japanese single malt whisky matured in a single sakura – cherrywood – cask. The whisky is matured in Tottori prefecture, in a natural environment where the temperature changes considerably from one season to the next. The whisky is subtly finished with high-quality natural spring water from Mount Daisen. Rich, soft and full-bodied with bold flavours. Natural colour, non-chill-filtered. Limited to 504 bottles.
Light yellow, with Gourmet notes on the nose, characterised by white flower, peach and apricot notes providing a full yet delicate expression on the palate with moderate length.
