Passionately created by the Kurayoshi distillery, this Japanese single malt whisky is matured in a single mizunara cask, in Tottori prefecture, in a natural environment where the temperature changes considerably from one season to the next. It is subtly finished with natural spring water from Mount Daisen. Oaky with oriental spice notes, a rich style on the palate, and soft caramel. Natural colour, non-chill-filtered. Limited to 504 bottles.
Light golden amber with honeyed, acacia notes on the nose. On the palate, refined yet powerful with a long finish.
